QuickVault, Inc. is a Georgia based corporation founded in 2004. The following executives are responsible for the day to day management of the company.

Rusty Gordon, Chairman
Rusty Gordon, a high tech entrepreneur has led numerous successful business turnarounds, startups and acquisitions over the last 25 years, including Knowlagent, iFleet, ADS Nettools, Peachtree Software and Choice Retail Systems. Rusty has also applied his business building skills to many local technology associations and non profits as a senior officer or board member. These include the Technology Executive Roundtable, Teacher Laptop Association, High Tech Ministries, and Southeastern Software Association among others.

Rusty received his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Auburn University in 1975 and was recognized by Auburn as the IE outstanding alumnus in 2002. He and his wife, Ann, of 30 years have three children. He is the lay leader at Roswell United Methodist Church and for the last 16 years has focused his service on senior high and young adults in the metro Atlanta area. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, tennis, baseball and anything Auburn.

Steve Bacastow, Co-Founder, Strategic Advisor

Steve Bacastow is a 30 year veteran of the high-tech industry and currently serves a strategic advisor in areas of product strategy, sales, and operations. Prior to co-founding QuickVault, Steve was a principal in payment industry consultancy Collective Dynamics, Inc. www.coldyn.com. He received his BBA degree in Accounting and an MS degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

John W. Geary, Board
Mr. Geary is a former Board Member of Knowlagent, Auction Atlanta, and Cherokee Town and Country Club. He currently sits on the Boards of the Georgia Tennis Foundation and Stone Mountain Memorial Association, LLC.

Mr. Geary is a Managing Member of United Retail Development, LLC and has specialized in retail properties and real estate investment since 1982. He oversees all aspects of the development process beginning with tenant relationships and site selection, architectural layouts and engineering, interaction with government agencies, lease negotiations, financing, construction and disposition of the completed project.

Mr. Geary holds real estate broker licenses in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana and is the qualifying broker and Managing Member for United Retail Development Company, LLC. He is also a qualifying broker as well as President of Force Retail, Inc. and Geary Phelps Dodge, Inc. Both are real estate investment companies.

Mike Aldredge, Board
Michael L Aldredge is President of Squire Inn, Inc. Prior to joining the QuickVault Board, Mike was an Organizer & Director of Chattahoochee National Bank where he served as a member of Loan & Audit committees from 1998 until 2006. Mike graduated with a BBA from University of Georgia.

Grant Moss – Strategic Advisor
Grant is a strategic advisor to QuickVault, Inc. in matters related to intellectual property strategy, licensing and management. Mr. Moss is the CEO of Adapt IP Ventures, LLC - www.adaptipventures.com. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed numerous patent sales programs covering a diverse set of industries. In addition to transaction-related engagements, he has valued IP for acquisition, fundraising and litigation-related programs. Mr. Moss received his MBA from Emory University and his BBA from Georgia State University.

Michael Heuss, Co-Founder, CTO
Michael is a co-founder and CTO of QuickVault, Inc. He brings more than 20 years of programming, consulting and development experience to QuickVault, Inc.

Mr. Heuss serves as senior architect and programmer for Cyber Studios, Inc. and has a proven track record in design, development and implementation of applications for large corporations.
